Development of a creative, tailor-made architectural concept, meeting predefined objectives and specific constraints, including interior design drawings and 3D modeling of the project's exterior envelope.

TECHNICAL DRAWINGS

Preparation of complete technical drawings required for permitting and construction, including clear and specific details necessary for a good understanding of the project and ease of execution of the work.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Proposal of refined and inviting interior designs adapted to the building program. Definition of materials and finishes, complete details of custom furniture elements and specific construction details, 3D modeling of the proposed spaces.
